Here are some of our Spring Time Adventures...

Finally being able to play outside. Thank you warm(er) weather....

A trip down to Cedar City to spend time with cousins. Kennadi loved having sleep overs with Easton and getting pink hair (thanks Kirtlyn!).

A hike up Battle Creek Falls.

Staycation.

I randomly had a whole weekend off work, so Austin and I decided to take advantage and plan a fun little staycation. The day started out at the Living Planet Aquarium. We had never been before and we were amazed at everything they packed into one building. Quincy loved finding Dory and Nemo. She would look in every tank for them. Kennadi loved looking at the penguins and sharks. We ended up loving the aquarium so much we just bought an annual pass. After the aquarium, we ventured to downtown Salt Lake and visited the planetarium. We learned all about space and played on Mars. After that, we rode trax to Temple Square. The train was a big hit and I love just walking the temple grounds. It was fun to show the girls were Austin and I got married. Kennadi loved pointing out all the brides and their princess dresses to me as well.  That night, I got a hotel room for us (thank you hotel discount) in Salt Lake and I'm pretty confident if that is all we had planned the girls would have been perfectly ok with it. The hotel pool was a hit as was the continental breakfast in the morning. After breakfast, we packed up and drove the 20 minutes back to our house. It may not have been a glamorous, over-the-top vacation but we sure had fun and made lots of memories.
